This week I have been calorie cycling in an attempt to not fall off of the wagon completely on the weekend…. Every weekend. It has been going well, some low days, some high days and some medium days. I had a low day yesterday and I was surprisingly not as hungry as I thought I’d be! Hopefully I will also see a return in my weigh in next week 🙂

Yesterday also saw my first walk of this week. And it was a good walk (much less pain) in a good time (27mins for 2.5kms). I was hoping to get another 30min walk in after work, but it did not happen. That just means I’ll have to go on friday at lunch as well as tomorrow to get all the walks in.
