friday food journal

Friday’s food:

Breakfast – all bran flakes, 1/2 a banana and 2% milk with black coffee

Snack – celery and a nectarine

Exercise – 2.5km walk at lunch (was so much better then Thursday’s walk!)

Lunch – leftover chicken and rice bake (120g cooked rice, 1 boneless skinless chicken breast), salad

Snack – apple, 1 provita with ricotta (I forgot how much I LOVE ricotta)

Exercise – cardio boot camp in the rain

Supper – chicken and sweet corn pasta bake (using tomato sauce in place of white sauce), 1 white chocolate truffle ball
