small steps…

Did another walk yesterday at lunch (2.5kms). My lower legs/ankles were burning, so it was really hard to keep going till the end, but I did! *high 5!* And while I finished the whole thing! 🙂 Today I will do it again…

Yesterdays food journal:

Breakfast – 1 slice low GI toast with 1/3 of an avo and coffee

Snack – nectarine, 2 squares mint top deck (devine)

Lunch – 1 bread roll with ham, lettuce, tomato and a smidge of mayo

Snack – apple, rosa tomatoes, celery sticks

Another snack – bread roll with ham

Supper – chicken and rice bake with tomato and cucumber, and a dark chocolate truffle ball (mmm…)
