Yesterday’s food was slightly off plan… My dads dog had puppies late yesterday afternoon, and we went to see them last night. This just made supper out (but we chose the healthiest option).

Breakfast – 2 maize crackerbreads with 1/2 a small avo and salt and pepper, coffee with a dash of milk

Snack – banana

Lunch – leftover supper (sweet and spicy chicken strips, spoon of mash, 1 ear of sweet corn and green beans

Snack – apple, rosa tomatoes, carrot celery and cucumber sticks

Snack – rooibos with lemon and honey

Supper – Nando’s – 1 piece of chicken (without skin) and some chips
