Breakfast – small bowl all bran with 1 banana and 1/2 cup milk, black coffee

Snack – 1 nectarine, small box astros

Lunch – huge panini roll with 1 slice ham, 1/2 tsp mayo, 15g cheese, lettuce and tomato

Snack – apple

Supper – sweet and spicy chicken strips (pretty healthy and very yummy!), 1Tbsp mashed potato, 1 ear of sweetcorn, green beans, salad

Snack – mocha

No exercise…was busy until 18:40!
