the weekend + week 5 goals + a weigh in

The weekend was insanely busy, as most weekends are…but this one was busier than most. I was home max 1hr during the day both days (and the husband even less!). Not much got done. WAY too much got eaten…. On to a new week now, a clean slate, one I hope to fill up with clean healthy (in control) eating.

Goals for this week are:
1. Lose 1(or more)kgs
2. Walk at lunch + do 3 boot camps
3. Track EVERYTHING I eat
4. Go to bed by 9 every weekday
5. Eat real food 🙂

Weighed-in this morning at 80.9kgs. It is not the weight I was hoping for….but it is a small loss from last week! 🙂
