wednesday’s food journal

Just a quick post to share with you yesterdays food journal….

Breakfast – 1 slice of low gi whole wheat bread with tomato paste and 1 fried egg + black coffee

Snack – green apple

Lunch – 8 provitas with tuna mayo salad + tea with 2% milk

Snack – 1 large spoon homemade strawberry frozen yoghurt

Exercise – body weight 200 boot camp

Supper – we unexpectedly went out…so I chose a good meal (not 100% the best, but still good!) – coconut and corriander chicken (basically 1 chicken breast with thai curry sauce) with cashews and roast sweet potato + 1.5 glasses dry white wine
