week 4 goals (better late than never!)

Where did this week go? Next thing you know its wednesday….

So its a bit late on the goals, but better late up than not up at all…

  • lose 1kg
  • exercise 4 times (doesn’t matter what kind of exercise…)
  • track my food (very nb!)
  • go to bed earlier
