rough week

This week has been hecticly busy. And sadly my eating has fallen back into bad habits and choices. Instead of fitting the hectic around healthy eating, I’ve just been choosing to eat the easiest thing (read here not preparing veggies or salads…). I did not lose weight last week, and I probably won’t see a loss this week, but somehow I must find my healthy balance again…

On another note I’m not doing well with my 12-in-12 challenge… Will need to step it up this weekend to get back on track. Starting off with supper tonight…will be cooking a tomato and chicken pasta bake and making a salad!
