week 2 goals

Didn’t do too badly on last weeks goals…

Goals for week 2:

  • lose 1 kg (be under 80 next week)
  • 5 days of exercise
  • stick to the meal plan I’ve made
  • tidy the pantry (so we can see the food 🙂 )
