First things first…this weeks weigh in: 80.3kgs (down 0.4kgs from last week). I’m not unhappy about this number because I know I ate REALLY badly last week.

However this week we are stepping it up a notch… Introducing the 12-in-12 challenge! There are 12 weeks left of this year… We (sister and I) are aiming to lose 12kgs! It is definitely do-able. So in order to get 12-in-12 I must step up to the plate. Eat well, exercise hard, stop eating unnecessary junk and start being positive…

With that in mind I have just done myself a meal plan for the week and I’m ready to go!
