Quick food journal from yesterday:

Breakfast: toast (2) with 1 piece back bacon and 1 egg + coffee with skim milk

Snack – apple

Lunch – spaghetti with 4 mini meatballs and roast tomato sauce

Supper – 2 pancakes with chicken and bacon filling (made with low fat evaporated milk) and 1 pancake with cinnamon sugar + coffee with skim milk
